Golf Australia Express : OTG Express 125
IFYOU’RE going to have someone create a memorable cart for you, best to call on the guy who made KITT from Knight Rider, Starsky and Hutch’s Ford Torino and the Batmobile from the original Batman TV series. Comedy legend Bob Hope wanted some carts with a difference for the tournament that bares his name – the Bob Hope Classic – and knew that car customiser George Barris was the man for the gig. Hope had three carts created in his image for use at the tournament, and two of them have reportedly survived until this day, with one sold a couple of years ago for about $8000. There’s no two ways about it – everybody should definitely have a golf cart with a sculpted likeness of their face around it. 3 Bob Hope Golf Cart TECHNICALLY it’s not a cart, and eventually you’ll likely meet your maker while riding it, but now that we’ve seen the Golf Skate Caddy, all golf should be played while re-enacting hoverboard scenes from Back to the Future. Having to stand and lean in order to steer the electric skateboard does seem to defeat the purpose of having a cart in the first place, but at least it can fit in your car. It’ll be an absolute hoot, too, right up until you don’t see that sprinkler hole and end up eating a faceful of grass. 2 Golf Skate Caddy WATCH THE GOLF SKATE CADDY IN ACTION HERE
