Golf Australia Express : OTG Express 148
J OHNSON is so swift with his stroke-making that it’s undoubtedly cost him a few tournaments and plenty of cash, too. While we love that he doesn’t take an eternity to plot his next move, the American and his caddie conceded a couple of years ago that he would need to slow down to avoid making rash decisions that were costing him dearly on the course. Remember that 82 in the final round of the 2010 US Open, including an attempt to hit lefthanded out of a bunker? F AMOUS for his no-fuss approach, Cabrera has been a joy to watch over his long and successful career. Seeing the Argentine veteran play alongside the glacial Kevin Na at last year’s Players was a study in both frustration and restraint. Cabrera simply stepped up and hit it, every time, while Na seemingly counted down from a thousand before eventually addressing his ball and swinging. Cabrera made it quite clear what he thought of the young American by marching down the fairway ahead of him as soon as Na hit each shot."
