P ETE Dye-designed courses aren’t exactly a rarity on the PGA Tour – most years there are about half a dozen scattered amongst the season’s venues. But ask those who know (aka the players) and there’s one that rates almost universally as one of – if not the – best courses on Tour. The now famous “party hole” has grown from a quirky talking point into a corporate beast beyond anyone’s wildest imagination, but it still creates something you won’t find anywhere else on Tour. Fans love it and players, well, tolerate it. 3. WASTE MANAGEMENT PHOENIX OPEN
