Golf Australia Express : GA Express 233
The World Golf Hall of Famer has a record no player – man or woman – can match. In nine Solheim Cup appearances between 1992 and 2011, she was beaten only once in singles play. Inkster not only won her matches, she rarely went beyond the 15th hole. At the peak of his powers he won 14 consecutive matches on his way to the 2003 and 2004 WGC Match Play titles, before adding the 2008 title to become (and remain) the event’s only triple winner. His most recent match, however, was at the 2013 Presidents Cup, when he went down 1-up against Richard Sterne.
