T HE original Supersoft golf ball from Callaway proved extremely popular for its long distance and incredibly soft feel. The updated 2017 version aims to improve performance in every category. Featuring a new ultra-low compression core – promoting faster ball speed and lower spin – the new Supersoft promises increased distance. The lower spin also means less sidespin, improving accuracy. Already the softest feeling ball in Callaway’s line-up, the new version features a new softer Tri-ionomer cover formulation making it softer than the previous model while also increasing spin around the greens. “Supersoft’s long-soft performance has made it one of the most popular products in our golf ball line-up,” said Callaway Senior Director of Golf Ball R&D, Dave Bartels. “The improvements we’ve made should continue to grow the popularity of what we believe is one of the best engineered two-piece balls on the market.” The new model Supersoft is available in a variety of colour options, including white, yellow and a multi-colour pack.
