T O improve on the performance of its Epic drivers, Callaway has further enhanced its ‘Jailbreak’ technology for its new Rogue models to provide improved forgiveness. The two hour-glass shaped titanium bars connecting, and strengthening the relationship between, the crown and sole are 25 percent lighter than those in the Epic models, which allowed Callaway’s engineers to incorporate a thinner face for more ball speed across a larger area. The increase in ball speed on off-centre hits is further enhanced by the strategic thickening and thinning of the company’s ‘X – Face VFT’ design. Available in standard, Draw and Sub Zero, which offers reduced back spin and two adjustable weights for launch customisation, the Rogue models feature a newly optimised crown geometry for reduced drag and increased speed delivered by Callaway’s partnership with Boeing. ► More epic performance THE GEAR CALLAWAY ROGUE DRIVERS CHECKOUT THE TECHNOLOGY THAT HAS SUPERCHARGED CALLAWAY'S ROGUE DRIVERS Available February 23 RRP $719.99. www.callawaygolf.com.au
