Golf Australia Express : GA Express 314
THE MOMENT Best of the best Lexi Thompson defeated Nelly Korda by four shots to win the season-ending Tour Championship in Florida on Sunday. The victory – which Thompson described as “gratifying” – means she has now collected an LPGA Tour title every year since 2013; the longest active streak on Tour. Meanwhile, Thai World No.1 Ariya Jutanugarn, who was recently named Player of the Year, clinched the yearlong Race to the CME Globe and held off West Australian Minjee Lee for Vare Trophy honours – which is awarded to the player with the best scoring average. Jutanugarn averaged 69.415 shots per round in 2018 compared to Lee’s 69.747. "It felt great today," Jutanugarn said. "I'm very proud of myself."
