BUBBA WATSON Bombs Away! NUMBERS DON’T LIE... STAT THE B UBBA WATSON HAS LONG been known as a huge bomber off the tee. And looking at his 2012 driving stats, it's little wonder why the big American with a homegrown swing is the envy of many on Tour. Averaging a little more than 315 yards (288m) off the tee with the Big Dog he's statistically the longest hitter on the PGA Tour. And while Bubba's accuracy is ranked down at 128th on Tour at just a tick over 59 per cent, the benefits of his length are seen by his greens in regulation percentage of nearly 70 per cent, second only to Lee Westwood.
