PGA CHAMPIONSHIP BROOKS KOEPKA WINNING SCORE: 16-under-par, 264. WINNER'S BAG EQUIPMENT NOTES • Koepka’s second major victory of 2018 makes it a clean sweep for players without equipment contracts in golf’s four biggest tournaments. Like Francesco Molinari and Patrick Reed, Koepka is a former Nike staff player and is reaping the rewards of playing whatever equipment he chooses, including a Titleist golf ball which also swept the majors in 2018 and has now been used by the last seven straight men’s major champions. • The American’s TaylorMade M3 driver again played a pivotal role at Bellerive, where he ranked second in driving distance with an average drive of 324.2 yards and T14 in accuracy, finding 73.21 percent of fairways. I THINK, OTHER THAN ME, MY TEAM, EVERYBODY WAS ROOTING FOR TIGER. • DRIVER: TaylorMade M3 460 with 9.5̊ loft, fitted with Mitsubishi Chemical Diamana D+ 70TX shaft. • 3-WOOD: TaylorMade M2 Tour HL with 16.5̊ loft, with Mitsubishi Chemical Diamana D+ 80TX shaft. • UTILITY IRON: Nike Vapor Fly Pro (3-iron), with Fujikura Pro 95 Tour Spec X shaft. • IRONS: Mizuno JPX-900 Tour (4-iron to pitching wedge), with True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100 shafts. • WEDGES: Titleist Vokey Design SM7 (52̊-12̊ F Grind, 56̊-10̊ S Grind, 60̊-08̊ M Grind), with True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400 shafts. • PUTTER: Scotty Cameron T10 Select Newport 2. • BALL: Titleist Pro V1x.
