Golf Australia Express : GA Express 303
THE MOMENT Aussie, Aussie, Aussie & Aussie F our Australians remain alive in the FedExCup playoffs with two events in the books and two remaining. For the second consecutive week, Cameron Smith finished third to enter the top-10 of the standings (8th) and take the top Aussie spot from Jason Day (10th), who missed the cut at TPC Boston. Next is Marc Leishman (22nd), who remains inside the top-30 cut off that will advance to the Tour Championship, while Adam Scott has work to do if he is to earn a place at Eastlake. Scott sits 48th, 153 points in arrears of 30th, but will tee it up in Pennsylvania this week with plenty of confidence. The Queenslander closed the Dell Technologies Championship with a final round of five under that included eight birdies and will draw inspiration from his two previous back to the wall qualifying efforts this year: sectional qualifying for the US Open and his PGA Championship tilt that earnt him a place in the Playoffs. Having experienced a severe form slump early in the year that saw him plummet down the world rankings, a place at the Tour Championship would be just reward for the hard work Scott has put in during the second half of 2018.
